| POUNDCAKE as support act for KOFI BAKER and Tommy Talton in Europe | ||

Hi to all, hope to C all of you coming WED May 25th at the KUFA. Kofi Baker (the son of famous Ginger Baker from CREAM) is doing A TRIBUTE TO CREAM show. Great Band line up with Tony Spinner on GUITAR & VOC ( he was on tour with TOTO). POUNDCAKE will start off the show and we will play a 35mins set Next big event will be JULY 9th were I will play the first of 5 shows with Tommy Talton. Tommy used to live in LUX during the 90ies and this will be his first appearance on a LUX stage again after all these years. Have a look at his website TOMMY TALTON BAND . All the Europe gigs are posted on his site or check the gigs link on this page. For this small Europe Tour the band line up will be Claude Schaus on KEYB and Dan Thurmes on BASS. so far for the MAY update keep it loud and live! Serge |

Hi to all, no news for quite some time here .... ....but.... 2011 starts promising as I am now a member of the band POUNDCAKE. A few gigs are already in the pipeline for March and May and rehearsals progress very well! | AUG UPDATE | ||

Hi dear readers Inet pages have lost attraction with facebook, twitter and all other funny pages being on everyone's screen these days ... I still keep updating this one once in a while. The latest for the gear freaks is that I got a very nice tool which turns pages in every Microsoft application capable to use page up / page down with a simple Boss FS 5U pedal for instance but wireless. I have a ppt file for each band set list with a slide for every song - so I can switch from one song to the next with my foot. This is very handy ... check out ... : AIR TURN  Beside this I got a new Gretsch NEW CLASSIC snare which I use now in almost every band situation - the Mapex Black Phanter had to go ...  Summer's almost over but vacation for me and my family is getting closer ... finally ... TIMELESS Rockband is having a break till OCT 2010. So far no new gigs have been planned and we use this time to add a couple of new songs to the setlist. The biggest news is that I joined the new band BIG BANG BUFFALO featuring great muscians mostly from Belgium. More news on this soon ... but it will be quite a thrill to play with these cracks! So far for the news keep it loud & support live music also from LUX artists! Serge |
